Returns & Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return is to be made by Royal Mail special recorded delivery at the buyers cost and tracking details supplied.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. There is also a 10% fee on returns to cover some of the seller fees incurred. You must contact me within 3 days of receipt of item to make return arrangements.
Please note our designer items are dispatched with an invisible marker to ensure any product returns is our original product not copies or replacements.
