Returns & Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return is to be made by Royal Mail special recorded delivery at the buyers cost and tracking details supplied.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. There is also a 10% fee on returns to cover some of the seller fees incurred. You must contact me within 3 days of receipt of item to make return arrangements.
